Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage administrative tasks, streamline communication, and assist in the coordination of executive-level projects and meetings. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, discreet, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This position is open to male candidates due to specific operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the CEO s right hand, providing high-level administrative and communication support.

Draft and prepare professional correspondence, executive presentations, and meeting minutes.

Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow-ups on executive action items.

Schedule and organize meetings, maintain digital calendars, and oversee structured digital file archiving.

Utilize Confluence for documentation and support Jira-based task tracking and project coordination.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
