We’re seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support the Group CEO of a fast-growing, founder-led fashion business operating across multiple sectors and international markets.
This is a trusted, high-impact role for a EA who enjoys pace, responsibility, and being a true right-hand partner well beyond traditional diary and inbox management. You’ll work closely with a visionary founder, supporting strategic priorities, operations, stakeholder relationships, and regional growth.
The Role
Executive Diary & Inbox Management
- Manage a complex, multi-time-zone diary across international business interests
- Anticipate priorities, resolve conflicts, and align time with strategic objectives
- Triage high-volume correspondence with discretion and sound judgement
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and context for meetings and engagements
Global Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate international travel (flights, visas, accommodation, itineraries)
- Manage logistics for board meetings, offsites, investor sessions, and senior visits
- Remain agile and responsive to last-minute changes
Executive & Business Support
- Act as a trusted member in internal and external communications
- Draft and manage confidential documents and executive-level materials
- Conduct research and prepare briefing notes on markets and initiatives
- Track actions and ensure timely follow-through
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Liaise with board members, senior leaders and partners
- Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
- Represent the Executive Office with discretion and credibility
Projects & Initiatives
- Support CEO-led and cross-functional initiatives
- Assist with regional and international projects
- Support executive visibility across events, brand moments, and PR
Operational Excellence
- Maintain and improve executive systems and workflows
- Manage expenses and light financial administration
- Oversee VIP logistics, gifting, and executive protocols
Confidentiality & Judgement
- Handle sensitive matters with absolute discretion
- Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and judgement
About You
- Proven experience as an EA supporting a CEO, Founder, or Group Executive
- European / UK experiance is ESSENTIAL
- Experience across international markets and time zones (UK & Middle East preferred)
- Confident supporting high-net-worth individuals in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and deadline-focused
- Strong research capability and intellectual curiosity
- Confident with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools
- UAE-based with an understanding of regional working practices
