Candidates should have over eight years of experience in ethics and compliance, preferably with a degree in Law and relevant certifications. This role is critical for ensuring compliance with global standards and promoting a culture of integrity throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years’ experience in a similar ethics and compliance role.
• Preferably hold a degree in Law or a related field.
• Certification like CCEP or Certified Fraud Examiner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Core Ethics & Compliance Program.
• Provide advice to management on compliance issues.
• Develop policies for the Core Ethics & Compliance Program.
