Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist. You will support the EA Lead, enhance architecture practices, and ensure alignment across projects. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in the EA domain, strong consulting experience, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a contract position at a mid-senior level.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in the EA domain.
• Strong experience in EA within consulting or industry (Healthcare or Education preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support EA team in demand feasibility discussions and recommend optimal architecture solutions.
• Develop and enhance EA practices, policies, and standards.
• Conduct EA quality reviews across programs/projects to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies in a sustainable manner.
• Manage and run the Architecture Governance Board (ARB).

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist to join our client’s team in Dubai. This is a senior role that will directly support the EA Lead and solution architects, driving enterprise-wide architecture practices and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support EA team in demand feasibility discussions and recommend optimal architecture solutions.
• Develop and enhance EA practices, policies, and standards (mobile, web, low-code platforms, integration best practices, etc.).
• Conduct EA quality reviews across programs / projects to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies in a sustainable manner.
• Manage and run the Architecture Governance Board (ARB) and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain architecture repository and technical debt register.

What We’re Looking For

• TOGAF Certified professional.
• 10–12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in the EA domain.
• Strong experience in EA within consulting or industry (Healthcare or Education sector experience preferred; UAE exposure is a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
