Salesforce has an established presence in the Middle East, with a Dubai HQ for the region and offices in Dubai Internet City and Abu Dhabi. The role described here is for an Enterprise Account Executive in the Core Business Unit to help strategic customers grow and excel with an unmatched Customer Experience in the region.

This is a senior role with a demonstrated track record, leadership skills, and experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence being advantageous to help Salesforce lead in the Middle East market.

About Role

To work in our Enterprise Business Sales team focused on Salesforce’s existing and prospective Telco clients in Saudi Arabia.

As Salesforce expands in the region, this position involves managing both existing customers and developing new relationships with prospective clients.

The successful candidate will act and lead as the most Senior Account Executive in this regional Business Unit, driving revenue growth across a set of new and existing customers and increasing Salesforce presence in the local market.

The ideal candidate would have experience in the Telco sector with a proven track record in software sales over the last 15 years.

About Team

This role sits in the Enterprise Business Sales unit, the top tier of accounts within the company. The role will own Vision, Strategy and Stakeholder Management in each account, primarily responsible for Salesforce Core AI products (such as Sales Cloud) while collaborating with Salesforce Cloud Solution teams to drive growth.

Preferred Qualifications
  • University graduate calibre
  • At least 15 years of successful, referenceable sales experience, preferably in software sales
  • Knowledge and contacts within the Saudi Arabian market are a competitive advantage
  • Currently resides in the UAE or willing to relocate within 3 months
  • Has a local driving licence
  • Fluent in English at a business level; Arabic is preferable
  • No restrictions to travel internationally
  • This role combines new business development and existing account management with a proven track record in creating sales through territory planning, pipeline generation and closing significant cloud software opportunities
