Overview

Production Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience in CFS/ LGS, HRS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day manufacturing tasks of the corresponding assembly line and ensure the target completion date is achieved, as per ISO procedures, while keeping documentation of all manufacturing transactions.
• Guide and collaborate on manufacturing processes within the manufacturing line and with the team, workers, Engineering Division, and Manufacturing Manager.
• Implement the approved manufacturing plan and schedule, and supervise all manufacturing tasks while consistently building and preserving success.
• Ensure general customer satisfaction and high-quality service for all manufacturing-related products.
• Establish and maintain efficient communication with employees and other relevant departments.
• Display and maintain production equipment to prevent severe breakdowns during operation.
• Recommend new manufacturing procedures to accelerate the manufacturing timetable, considering budget, manpower, and equipment factors.
• Preserve files as per ISO procedures.
• Monitor all jobs on the floor and the day-to-day finish record.
