Real Estate Manager drives growth and optimization of store portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and securing prime locations aligning with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s strategic objectives. Oversees all real estate aspects: site selection, lease negotiations, store openings, ensuring portfolio performance and brand representation. Works closely with Director of Real Estate.

Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end real estate process: site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, store openings, aligning with business growth and market strategy.
  • Administer, validate, maintain lease and property documentation with Legal and Insurance teams, ensuring compliance and protecting interests.
  • Manage risk assessment, budget control, cost optimization for leases, rentals, fit‑outs, and property expenditures, driving operational efficiency and financial discipline.
  • Coordinate landlord communications, lease amendments, negotiation points to facilitate timely lease execution and effective portfolio management.
  • Collaborate cross‑functional teams—Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal—to deliver on‑time store openings renovations and maintain brand and operational standards.
  • Identify significant economic impact issues and lead solution development.
  • Provide accurate data and insights for portfolio reporting, recommending optimization actions and measures.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all contracts, legal agreements, and adherence to municipal and government requirements.
Requirements
