Role Summary

TheTalent Acquisition Manager/Partnerwill be focusing on sourcing engaging and nurturing UAE National talent. You will collaborate closely with external stakeholders including universities and government institutes to drive our Emiratisation initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our local workforce and promote national talent within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing:


    • Develop and maintain external networks to attract the best UAE National talent.
    • Collaborate with the Emiratisation Department to create effective resourcing strategies.
    • Leverage industry best practices to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Relationship Management:


    • Cultivate strong relationships with universities government bodies and other relevant institutions.
    • Represent our organization at career fairs industry events and networking sessions.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection:


    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
    • Assess candidates qualifications cultural fit and alignment with our values.
    • Provide shortlists and long lists to hiring managers within agreed timeframes.
  • Market Mapping and Insights:


    • Stay informed about market trends salary benchmarks and talent availability.
    • Provide datadriven insights to enhance our recruitment strategies.
    • Collaborate with the wider HR team to optimize talent pipelines.
Qualifications and Skills
