• Relevant experience in banking & client relationship management preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly acquisition of NTB Elite customers through targeted prospecting.
• Achieve liability growth targets by building a strong Elite portfolio.
• Generate high-quality investment and mortgage referrals.
• Represent and promote the RAKBANK Elite brand at events.
• Ensure superior service standards in line with WM guidelines.
