Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and control panels.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate instruments.
• Execute work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and safety policies.
• Carry out earthing, grounding, and insulation resistance testing.
• Support commissioning activities and attend electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance and inspections.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for project execution.
• Ensure proper usage and storage of tools and electrical equipment.

The Electrician is responsible for installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations at project sites, offices, or workshops. The role requires adherence to electrical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control panels, distribution boards, lighting systems, and power outlets.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing instruments.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, local electrical codes, and company safety policies.
• Carry out earthing, grounding, and insulation resistance testing.
• Support commissioning activities and attend electrical breakdowns as required.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
