Job summary

A prominent construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical projects. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the GCC construction sector and possess strong leadership and project management skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and a valid U.A.E. Driving License are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a construction company in GCC.
• Holds U.A.E. Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical project activities from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the project team to achieve project goals effectively.
