About The Role

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems and components with a focus on hands-on work in the field. This role requires both technical expertise and practical skills to ensure systems perform reliably. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to meet project specifications, ensure safety, and support operational goals.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Technical Analysis & Hands-On Troubleshooting: Perform detailed technical analysis and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
  • Fieldwork & Installation Support: Provide practical, on-site support during system installation, ensuring proper setup, wiring, and functionality of electrical components.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Conduct field testing of electrical systems and components, identifying and resolving issues to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and user manuals.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure systems comply with national and international safety standards, including NEC, IEC, and OSHA.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, mechanical engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Hands-On Support: Provide technical support to our company, project teams, and installation crews, offering practical, in-the-field assistance during the construction and commissioning phases.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek improvements in system integration, processes, and overall performance of electrical systems.
What We Ask Of You
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on troubleshooting, fieldwork, and hands-on technical support.
Technical & Practical Skills
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems (power distribution, control systems, lighting, etc.).
  • Proficiency with electrical tools and equipment, with experience in hands-on wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE) and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform electrical calculations (load calculations, voltage drop, etc.).
  • Skilled with electrical testing tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and other diagnostic equipment.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and practical, hands-on skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, and control).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning and field troubleshooting.
  • Having multiple knowledge in MEP, Access Control, CCTV, extra-low voltage and data centers represents a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge regarding UPS’s and Generators (redundancy systems) represents an advantage.
