A leading EdTech company is seeking an experienced account manager to expand digital assessment solutions in the UAE education sector. You will implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and provide exceptional post-sales support. The ideal candidate requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in sales/account management, and bilingual fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Job description
  • 3 years of experience in account management and sales specifically targeting educational institutions (K-12 schools universities and training centers) in the UAE.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand digital assessment and EdTech solutions within the Education market in the UAE.
  • Work closely and coordinate regularly with the Product Development Manager (PDM) to align product offerings with client requirements and market needs.
  • Identify and generate leads from outreach networking events industry conferences referrals and digital communication channels targeted towards the education sector in the UAE.
  • Manage the full sales process including lead generation qualification client meetings presentations negotiation and contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines utilize CRM tools effectively and provide timely sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with educational institutions ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and account management to address client needs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales/account management experience within the education technology sector.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding and existing relationships within UAEs education community.
  • Experience in promoting or selling digital assessment learning management systems EdTech solutions.
  • Proven success record in identifying and closing deals effectively.
  • Documented sales achievements (meeting/exceeding targets consistently).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
