Overview

We are looking for a unique person who prides themselves on attention to detail and their interpersonal skills to lead our baby - toddler - kids sensory play room located at one of the prominent mall in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development & Instruction: Design and implement age-appropriate activities centered on play-based learning to teach fundamental concepts like literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
  • Child Supervision & Safety: Maintain constant supervision to ensure a safe, nurturing, and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Assessment & Documentation: Observe and track each child\'s progress toward developmental milestones, maintaining detailed records for internal use and parent communication.
  • Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with families through regular updates, newsletters, and formal conferences to support the child’s learning at home.
  • Behavioral Guidance: Use positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline strategies to help children manage emotions and develop social-emotional intelligence.
  • Patience: Crucial for managing impulsive behaviors and daily classroom challenges.
  • Creativity: Essential for developing engaging, hands-on activities that capture young imaginations.
  • Communication: Vital for clear interaction with both children and professional collaboration with parents and staff.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to be active throughout the day, including bending, squatting, and lifting up to 35–40 lbs.
