Hlthera's Business Development team is at the heart of this transformation, driving the growth of our platform. In this role, you will focus on onboarding health centres and establishing strategic partnerships to expand our reach. This is not just a job — it's a chance to make a tangible impact on communities in need and help Hlthera lead the charge in creating a modern healthcare ecosystem.

Tasks

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare by connecting health centres to Hlthera's innovative platform. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Building and nurturing relationships with health centres to onboard them onto the Hlthera platform.
  2. Developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and adoption among health centres.
  3. Collaborating with dynamic teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for partners.
  4. Analyzing industry trends, identifying opportunities, and proposing strategies to enhance Hlthera's presence.
  5. Representing Hlthera at industry events, conferences, and meetings to showcase the platform and forge valuable partnerships.
  6. Providing regular insights and performance updates to leadership, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Your work will directly shape Hlthera's mission of creating a connected, accessible healthcare system and help health centres thrive in a technology-driven world.

Requirements
  • Some experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is preferred, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors, but a passion for healthcare innovation is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to solving complex challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, trends, and operations.
  • A passion for innovation and the drive to create impactful solutions.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage, with additional languages being a plus.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a strong advantage.
Additional Requirements
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
