Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and serve three meals daily (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
• Create nutritious, well-balanced menus following halal dietary guidelines.
• Source fresh high-quality ingredients and manage grocery procurement.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
• Monitor pantry inventory and meal planning to minimize waste.
• Adapt meals to meet dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Collaborate with family and staff for special events and menu planning.
