Responsibilities

• Process Escrow requests and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for account opening and maintenance.
• Review payments and seek approvals as needed.
• Maintain high-level customer contact.
• Handle internal reporting for escrow accounts.
• Prepare swift messages for developers.
