Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or travel is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Maldives as a destination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to B2C travel inquiries from Arabic-speaking clients.
• Provide package recommendations and destination information.
• Coordinate with the Reservations Team to prepare price quotations.
• Assist clients through to booking confirmation.
• Support initial outreach with potential B2B travel agents.

Skills

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)

Proficiency in English
