Job Purpose

The role is responsible for operational support within the business development team, helping to identify leads, manage documentation, and coordinate commercial initiatives across company’s verticals. This role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day business development tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support lead generation.
• Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and due diligence materials for ongoing initiatives.
• Update and maintain CRM tools with accurate lead tracking and status reporting.
• Support organization of meetings, site visits, and follow up communications.
• Liaise with internal teams to collate information for business proposals.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics and business development activity to management.
• Support the senior management and stakeholders with coordination of commercial inputs.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, market expansion, or strategic partnerships, preferably in transportation, mobility services, or public-private ventures.

Education

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, strategic management, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of master’s degree in business administration or in a related discipline is an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

Professional certification such as Certified Business Development Expert (CBDE) or Strategic Management Certification is a plus.
