We are looking for an ambitious and visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the growth strategy of our fintech investment platform. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the fintech industry with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition strategic partnerships and brand visibility. This role requires someone with strong knowledge of digital financial products investment platforms and the ability to scale user growth in a competitive market.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue client acquisition and retention targets.
Lead mentor and manage the sales and marketing team to deliver high performance.
Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions investment advisors and corporate clients.
Drive digital marketing campaigns lead generation strategies and content marketing for brand awareness.
Identify and implement growth opportunities in B2C and B2B fintech segments.
Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer insights to refine strategies.
Manage budgets track KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
Represent the company at fintech events investment forums and industry conferences.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and marketing standards.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 6 years of proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing roles within fintech/investment platforms.
Deep understanding of investment products digital financial services and fintech market dynamics.
Strong network within the fintech and investment ecosystem.
