Lead a Bespoke Living Experience for Discerning Residents

Our client, a globally recognized ultra-luxury hotel brand, is seeking a Director of Residential Services to oversee the private residence component of their iconic Dubai property. This role is distinct from traditional hotel management, focusing on creating a seamless, highly personalized, and discreet lifestyle for high-net-worth individuals and families who call the residence home.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a visionary strategy for residential services, ensuring an unparalleled level of personalized service that exceeds the expectations of permanent residents.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of residential butlers, concierges, and housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of absolute discretion and proactive service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, building deep, trusting relationships and understanding their unique preferences to anticipate needs and curate bespoke experiences.
  • Manage the operational and financial performance of the residential division, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Collaborate with security to ensure the highest levels of privacy and safety for all residents and their property.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, real estate partners, and internal hotel departments to deliver flawless move-in / out experiences and ongoing facility management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in butler services, private villa management, or residential services within ultra-luxury hotels or private estate management.
  • Proven track record of managing long-term relationships with UHNWI clients with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence, with the ability to empower a team to deliver impeccable service.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a significant advantage.
