All roles operate within a tightly integrated Operating Unit‑Market model, where the Operating Unit elevates and enables long‑term growth + Operating Unit‑wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:
  • Design and deliver massive intimacy w/ superb creativity = memorable & personalized experiences with maximum brand and commercial impact. Connect Data + Media (inc Retail)+ Culture + Commerce + Social + Partners - making every moment of truth addressable and special for specific consumers and shoppers.

  • Integrated Marketing Experience will deploy Operating Unit capabilities to deliver consumer intimacy at scale, through world‑class ideas and experiences that connects creativity, media, data, culture, and commerce.

  • Lead local connections agenda including media buying, retail media

  • Lead local social media, influencers and epics agenda

  • Drive local Studio X effectiveness and operating excellence.

  • Ensure locally relevant and highly effective content / shopper / design deployment and/ or the development of locally specific experiences

  • Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (Media, content, Epics, etc)

Experience and Critical Requirement:
  • Significant marketing and leadership experience (10 years+), with great focus on media, creativity, design, data/tech.

  • Acumen across relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy

  • Led scaled, complex, cross‑functional and cross‑geographical teams and projects

  • Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges

  • Led and developed teams directly and external partners (agencies)
