The Acceptance, Enablers & Crypto team in EEMEA develops and manages acceptance, processing and crypto relationships to strengthen Mastercard’s acceptance network. The team drives business growth by supporting those that enable making and accepting payments. Additionally, the team supports partners with insights, operational guidance, and Mastercard product adoption to accelerate market development.
The person will be responsible for driving partnerships and commercialization for our Enabler segment in our Arabia and Eastern Europe Divisions. As an Account Director within Mastercard’s Acceptance, Enablers & Crypto team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing relationships with key customers. You will play a central role in driving the performance of Mastercard’s payment ecosystem by supporting partners’ business objectives, optimizing acceptance, and ensuring the delivery of Mastercard’s products, solutions, and value‑added services.
This role requires a blend of relationship management, commercial acumen and curiosity, payments expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally to provide high‑impact results for partners and Mastercard.
