The Digital Marketing Executive will lead digital strategy and execution across the SEVEN group including SEVEN Wellness Club, Gray Wellness Club and The Dose by Silvena. This group-level role, based in Ibiza, involves development and management of digital platforms, paid campaigns, SEO, events and brand activations. The role requires a proactive hands‑on approach with regular collaboration across departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
Website and App Management
- Manage and optimise the group’s websites and mobile app to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Regularly update content, troubleshoot technical issues and support ongoing enhancements.
Digital Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube etc.).
- Optimise for performance and report on KPIs.
UI/UX Optimisation
- Collaborate with design and development teams to improve user journey.
- Conduct usability testing and make data‑driven improvements.
SEO and Content Alignment
- Implement SEO best practices to boost visibility and rankings.
- Support content development in line with digital trends and search behaviour.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track website, app and campaign performance.
- Produce regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Event and Photoshoot Coordination
- Support planning and execution of in‑house photoshoots and events across the group.
- Liaise with photographers, videographers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Coordinate timelines and content requirements for campaign visuals.
Brand Hosting & External Meetings
- Represent the brand when needed in meetings with partners, collaborators or press.
- Guide visitors and brand partners through the club during events or tours.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand alignment in all external‑facing interactions.
Collaboration and Innovation
- Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer and wider brand and marketing team.
- Stay current with digital trends, tools and techniques relevant to wellness and hospitality sectors.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally managing multiple brands or locations.
- Strong command of digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta), SEO and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights).
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and a basic understanding of UX/UI.
- Experience in coordinating creative projects such as photoshoots or events.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a start‑up environment with shifting priorities.
- A strong interest in the wellness, hospitality and lifestyle industries.
