Job summary

A leading diamond company is seeking a Technical Specialist to support advanced diamond verification instruments across the UAE. This role involves installation, training, and proactive client engagement to ensure high instrument uptime. Candidates should have a technical degree and experience with electronic instruments. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in troubleshooting and servicing electronic/electromechanical instruments.
• Proven ability to train clients and provide hands-on technical support.
• Knowledge of polished stones and diamond industry processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot diamond verification instruments across the UAE.
• Deliver technical training to client operators to reduce downtime.
• Provide rapid support and ensure high instrument uptime.
