Responsibilities

• Coordinate with media agencies to ensure campaign materials are received according to specifications.
• Collaborate with the Media Operations team to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.
• Prepare performance reports and track campaign progress for clients.
• Prepare client statements of account and invoices with the finance team.
• Ensure operational workflows between media, development, and finance teams.

Position Statement / Summary

The Developer & Media Operations Executive plays a crucial role in supporting our media department by managing campaign reporting, coordinating client communications, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The successful candidate will be trained on the appropriate tools and processes to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with media agencies and direct clients to ensure campaign materials are received according to specifications.
• Collaborate with the Media Operations team to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.
• Work closely with the Ad-operation team to prepare performance reports, track campaign progress, and share updates with clients.
• Work closely with the finance team to prepare client statements of account and invoices, ensuring timely payments through proactive follow-up and collection.
• Ensure smooth operational workflows between media, development, and finance teams.
• Maintain follow-ups on current campaign schedules and delivery through Google Ad Manager (training will be provided).
• Perform other duties relevant to the role as required.

Desired Skills / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or sales management, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• CRM experience is preferred.
