Job summary

A leading export promotion agency in Dubai is seeking a qualified Design Engineer to oversee project engineering activities. You will lead a team from the design phase to project completion, working closely with stakeholders and modifying project drawings as necessary. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has at least 5 years of engineering experience. This role offers a permanent position with a focus on communication and leadership in engineering roles.

• 5 years of previous experience in engineering.
• University qualification in Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree).
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities from design phase to project completion.
• Collaborate closely with Design Manager and stakeholders.
• Modify and update drawings as needed.
• Communicate regularly with the design manager on project status.
• Manage project engineering team members.

Objective: Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible of all engineering activities within a multidisciplinary project from design phase until the end of project you are involved.
• As a member of the engineering team, have close contacts with Design Manager and any other stakeholder
• When client and internal stakeholder requested, draw and change drawings
• Modify and apply drawings during project period.
• Provide regular verbal and/or written communication to design manager on engineering objectives and status.
• Managing and Leading project engineering team member (eg : CAD engineer, CAD operator, each ELV system engineer)
