• Perform accurate cost estimations for security projects, encompassing labor, materials, and other associated expenses, to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Conduct site surveys to assess existing security infrastructure, identify potential vulnerabilities, and gather necessary information for design and estimation.
• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals and bid responses, effectively communicating the proposed security solutions and their benefits to potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies, industry trends, and regulations to provide cutting‑edge solutions.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and other project documents to create accurate designs and estimations.
• Provide technical support to project teams during the installation and commissioning phases, resolving any design‑related issues.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
