Responsibilities
ERP / SAP Project Management
- Configure and support SAP implementation; design, test (UAT) and document processes.
- Align SAP functionalities with Operations, Finance and Master‑Data requirements; ensure cross‑domain consistency.
- Identify inter‑dependencies and secure stakeholder alignment (IT integrator, Finance, Go‑to‑Market, etc.).
- Develop training materials and deliver end‑user trainings; champion change management.
Operations & Planning
- Own end‑to‑end Demand & Supply Planning for all brands: define rolling 18‑month forecasts, calibrate launch quantities, validate orders vs. stock targets.
- Lead weekly DDS routines and S&OP meetings; balance service level, inventory and cost in line with Kering sustainability guidelines.
- Manage Intercompany purchases and regional order flow; ensure data accuracy in SAP once live.
Logistics & 3PL Partnership
- Manage relationships with our 3PL partner: monitor SLAs, optimize storage and transport flows, review KPIs.
- Participate in WMS evolution and implementation projects.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and drive continuous improvement in service and operations.
- Post‑implementation, manage 3PL performance (OTIF, cost, stock accuracy); negotiate improvements and lead continuous‑improvement roadmap.
- Coordinate logistics budgets; optimise transport & storage, safety stocks, reorder points.
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce weekly sales / stock dashboards and monthly variance analysis versus Budget & Market.
- Consolidate Net Sales, WHS and Sell‑out data; build and maintain PowerBI reports.
- Track departmental KPIs, perform root‑cause analyses and deploy corrective action plans.
Key Competencies & Profile
- Experience: ≥5 years in Supply Chain / Operations within international environments, including at least one full‑cycle SAP deployment (ECC or S / 4HANA). Beauty or Luxury experience is a strong plus.
- Education: Engineering or Business School degree
- Skills: Proven project & change‑management expertise; able to manage priorities amid ambiguity and pressure. Advanced analytical abilities; strong command of SAP, Excel & PowerBI. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management; true team player.
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, rigorous, and agile; thrives in high‑growth, multi‑brand settings.
- Languages: Fluent English required; French an advantage.
