Debt Capital Markets Associate NQ - 4+ sought to join a Silver Circle law firm in Dubai. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Common Law qualified DCM lawyer to join an elite law firm.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Dubai partner and team, as well as the firm’s global network, on high‑value bond, securities and debt issuances and related transactions.

Qualifications

• Common Law qualification.
• Experience in Debt Capital Markets work at a Legal 500 law firm.
• Experience could be in the Middle East, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, or other major markets.
• Flexible PQE; the team is seeking the right blend of experience, cultural and personality fit.
