The ideal candidate will have at least 17 years of oil and gas experience, with a minimum of 10 years on-site projects and a bachelor's degree in engineering. Key responsibilities include overseeing commissioning communications and preparing procedural requirements. Qualifications

• At least 17 years of oil & gas experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on site projects.
• EPC experience is mandatory.
• GCC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication within commissioning teams.
• Prepare all pre-procedural requirements for company review.
• Identify consumables/first fills for commissioning and start-ups.
