Responsibilities
  • Enter, verify and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing and crosschecking information.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
  • Generate reports and extract relevant data as required by management.
  • Perform regular data audits and correct any discrepancies.
  • Assist in handling confidential and sensitive company information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to retrieve necessary data.
  • Follow data security and privacy policies to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40–60 words per minute).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
  • Availability: Willing to work flexible hours if needed.
