  • Data Collection: The incumbent is responsible for the systematic identification and collection of relevant data from internal databases, organizational systems, external vendor platforms, and client data sources.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensures accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular quality checks and audits, promptly rectifying any errors or inconsistencies detected.
  • Data Management: Efficiently stores and organizes data using appropriate tools and technologies, keeping it secure and readily accessible.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with the project team to identify data requirements, ensure data is leveraged effectively, and align data management practices with project goals.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintains databases accurately and completely, ensuring data is easily accessible for project-related activities.
  • Team Support: Provides consistent support to team members, aiding in the preparation of data masters, reports, and other materials pertinent to the project.
  • Data Systems Maintenance: Maintains data systems and spearheads the development and implementation of data‑driven processes for data-related projects and initiatives.
  • Client Deliverable Tracking: Tracks and records client deliverables in a master data record aligned with the project delivery plan.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization to ensure the project remains at the forefront of data management excellence.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinates tasks and schedules for the project team, ensuring smooth project operations.
  • System and Platform Management: Manages systems and educational platforms, providing necessary support to team members.
  • Event Support: Assists the team in various project‑related events to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Research and Proposal Creation: Conducts research and creates proposals for various project bidding activities, contributing to the growth and success of the project.
  • Presentation Material: Aids in the creation of materials and reports for client and stakeholder presentations, enhancing communication and transparency.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provides administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating events, managing filing systems, handling office supplies, managing general correspondence, preparing spreadsheets and databases, and assisting with internal reporting requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Statistics, or Administration).
  • Proven experience in data analysis with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
Preferred Skills
