About Cyber Risk:

This role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in Cyber Insurance within the UAE corporate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, managing correspondence and maintaining effective communication.
  • Assist in understanding client businesses by conducting research, analyzing industry issues, and supporting the preparation of risk assessments.
  • Support account management tasks such as billing, scheduling, and liaising between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly, escalating issues to senior colleagues when necessary.
  • Gather feedback on client satisfaction and report insights to senior team members.
  • Build and grow professional relationships with client counterparts, Corporate colleagues, prospects, and UAE onshore insurance markets.
  • Become a Cyber Insurance subject matter expert for the Corporate Team in UAE.
  • Explain the Cyber Insurance value proposition, Marsh capabilities, and data analysis to clients.
  • Coordinate with the DIFC Cyber team to relay client requirements (industry risk exposure) and commercial context (competition, budget) to secure the best insurance terms.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Executives to present insurance terms to clients.
  • Manage client onboarding and engagement throughout the lifecycle of the cyber insurance program.
  • Organize regular workshops and best practice sharing sessions internally and externally to raise awareness about Marsh Cyber Insurance Solutions and the Cyber Risk environment.
  • Contribute to Cyber Insurance product development as part of the wider Cyber team focusing on the Corporate segment.

Requirements

Eligibility:

  • UAE Nationals with a Family Book.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or a related field preferred but not essential.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience (previous cyber insurance experience is a plus but not required).
  • 2 years experience in insurance and/or a cyber or technology-related background is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach and high energy.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Willingness to constantly learn and grow with the business.
