Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant and landlord inquiries related to RNPL.
• Support onboarding and troubleshoot issues on the Client's online portal.
• Deliver RNPL tutorials via calls, email, and chat.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction and follow up post-lease to ensure retention.
• Collect feedback and recommend product improvements to reduce support volume.
• Support property sourcing through outbound cold calling for consultants.
