Ferrari Logistics Middle East FZE is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator – Logistics to join our operations team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and logistics inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely processing and handling of shipments.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to clients as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and elevate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipment details, and operational reports.
  • Assist in improving operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow between operations and customer service.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
