Job summary

A multinational technology company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Experience Support Executive to analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and be an expert in Microsoft 365 applications.   • Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from monitoring activities.

Job description

We are currently looking Customer Experience Support Executive for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports.
Qualification & Experience
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel PPT Power BI etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
