A global logistics provider is seeking a candidate in Dubai to manage customer experiences and relationships. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, ensuring smooth shipment executions, and tracking logistics. Ideal candidates are fresh UAEN graduates with a family book and possess strong skills in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication. Emphasis on providing solutions and continuous improvement is crucial.
Responsible for owning/managing the customer experience of his/her customers by identifying issues proactively, building strong relationship with customers and identifying solutions which benefits both Maersk and the customer.
Customer’s business acumen and ability to know what factors drives the decision making.
