Charterhouse are partnered with a forward-thinking educational research and innovation hub in Dubai, that is seeking a Strategic Creative Designer to join them. This role is designed for a multidisciplinary creative who operates like a "mini-agency" who thinks strategically, tells strong stories, and is comfortable owning ideas from initial concept through to final execution.

About the Role

The Creative Designer will shape ideas into solid creative outputs across digital and physical touchpoints. The deliverables would span across social, digital, and physical platforms and formats, including concept development, narrative framing, visual direction, writing, production oversight, and final execution.

The Designer will be responsible for social and digital content, websites, publications, infographics, and visual expressions across physical spaces, with a strong focus on narrative coherence and intentional audience experience. The role involves translating vision into clear creative strategies, and the responsibility to lead projects end-to-end, with ownership of scope, timelines, collaborators, and vendors, ensuring quality and alignment throughout.

About You

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, communications, media, or a related field, along with proven experience delivering creative projects end-to-end. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Experience within education, culture, or purpose-led environments is advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate will be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and have a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, narrative development, and exceptional craft, alongside experience managing projects, timelines, and external partners or vendors. The Creative Designer will also be comfortable working across disciplines and with a wide range of stakeholders.
