Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a Cost Control Specialist. The role involves monitoring project costs, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with site teams to ensure project completion. The ideal candidate should have a BSc in Civil Engineering, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in cost control within flooring and waterproofing projects. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably within floor coating and Waterproofing works.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power BI, formulas, dashboards).
• Solid understanding of project budgeting and comparison between estimated and actual costs.

• Monitor material consumption and prevent unauthorised inter-project transfers.

• Prepare cost analysis reports and financial performance dashboards.

• Coordinate with the site and operations teams to verify the completion of works.
