Our Clienta Leading Financial Institution in the UAE is seeking to hire a Corporate Finance Analyst for their Investment Banking division.

This role involves hands‑on execution of high‑impact corporate finance transactions including M&A IPOs equity capital markets and debt advisory. It s an excellent opportunity for finance professionals looking to develop their expertise in a fast-paced global investment banking environment.

Core Duties

Support end-to-end transaction execution across corporate finance advisory verticals including M&A IPOs and ECM deals Prepare financial models and conduct valuations using DCF comparables LBO merger models and other advanced techniques Draft investor presentations pitch decks term sheets and transaction documents Participate in client meetings and internal deal reviews alongside senior bankers Evaluate client business models financial statements and strategy documents to support transaction planning Coordinate with internal risk legal compliance and due diligence teams to ensure deal readiness Track transaction KPIs and ensure adherence to all bank risk and operational policies

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field (Master s preferred) Minimum 2 years experience in investment banking M&A or Big 4 advisory; international exposure in London New York Singapore or Hong Kong is a plus Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills

Sound understanding of LMA documentation accounting principles and financial statement analysis Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
