Job summary

A travel service provider based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a contract manager to negotiate agreements and manage supplier relationships effectively. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and possess strong analytical and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for contract renewals, allotment monitoring, and fostering supplier engagement through our system. This role demands high organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate new contracts and renewals for assigned accounts.
• Manage supplier accounts and negotiate preferred agreements.
• Run allotment utilization reports and monitor availability.
• Introduce EET Global to new suppliers.
• Promote the use of EET Global extranet system among suppliers.
• Ensure dynamic connectivity for year-round rate updates.

Job description

• Negotiate new contracts and contract renewals for the assigned accounts and ensure to have the greatest availabilities with the shortest release period.
• Manage the supplier account by ensuring to get the best rate and allotments and negotiating preferred agreements as well as support supplier with any issues related to payment, rates, etc.
• Run allotment utilization reports, monitor current availability and adjust the allotment as required.
• Introduce EET Global to new suppliers.
• Promote the use of EET Global extranet system among suppliers to encourage them to update directly any changes.
• Ensure dynamic connectivity to get rates updated year round.
• Liaise with the Data Entry team for any queries related to contracts or system issues.
