Job Summary

Our client is hiring for a Contract Specialist/Legal expert is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of contracts to protect the organization’s legal and financial interests. This role requires a strong legal foundation to ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while supporting efficient and compliant business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, analyze, and revise vendor, service, and subcontractor agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective risk mitigation.
  • Negotiation: Lead or support negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners to secure favorable terms and protect organizational interests.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential liabilities, assess contractual risks, and recommend mitigation strategies in coordination with legal counsel.
  • Contract Administration: Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones and renewals, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Advisory Support: Provide legal and contractual guidance to internal teams regarding interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution; liaise with external counsel when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal advisory roles.
