Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is searching for an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage post-award contract activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations while preparing necessary claims and documentation. Ideal applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with ADNOC projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential for conducting productivity and delay analyses.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction/EPC companies.
  • Prior ADNOC project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer post-award contract requirements in alignment with project scope.
  • Prepare Delay Event Notification Letters, EOT claims, prolongation claims, and disruption claims.
  • Perform productivity and delay analysis using Primavera P6.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Support subcontracting activities for Mechanical and E&I works.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive contractual records and logs.
