The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience as a trainer is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training on Civil Works, MEP, Interiors, and Joinery.
• Deliver induction and refresher training on construction methods.
• Support HSE team in conducting safety training.
