Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar with 15 years of experience.
Mandatory prior experience in mega residential projects as part of the PMC/Construction team.
Experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE is mandatory.

CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, recognized safety programs, First Aid, Lifting Supervisor Certification, Traffic Management, Institutional Membership.
Responsibilities:
Performance:
Deliver sitewide logistics effectively by procuring a logistics management contractor, defining scope, and setting measurable goals.
Ensure safe and efficient movement of labor, plant, and materials.
Plan haul roads, laydown areas, external access, and offloading zones to minimize disruptions.
Maintain a secure, well-managed site with regular logistics meetings.
Manage workers' accommodation efficiently.
Develop processes, procedures, and induction programs.
Manage supply chain, movement plans, and forecasting.
Ensure logistics do not constrain the program.
Create site-specific safety manuals and emergency plans.
Communicate effectively across the site.
Implement signage aligned with branding.
Manage public access roads and security systems.
Change Management:
Review scope variations, assess impacts, and monitor change processes.
Permitting:
Ensure all necessary permits are obtained for logistics operations.
Cost:
Review budgets, remeasure work, and ensure contractual compliance.
Planning:
Create detailed monthly and weekly logistics plans supporting infrastructure activities.
Risk:
Review and implement risk mitigation plans with the logistics team.
Interface:
Coordinate with program consultants and stakeholders regarding logistics.
Communication:
Hold regular meetings to address issues, provide updates, and resolve conflicts.
Reporting:
Provide weekly logistics dashboards and issue reports.
Assurance:
Conduct self-audits, review safety, QA, and environmental compliance.
