Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Dubai. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is ideal for an Indian national with a strong background in construction and excellent English communication skills. While accommodation is not provided, this is a great opportunity for freshers to gain experience and grow their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate updates and delays to senior management in a clear and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on all construction sites
- Review and approve invoices from contractors and suppliers
- Prepare reports on project progress for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
