• Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ability to lead procurement processes effectively.
• Proven track record of managing commercial risks in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract negotiation and execution at project start-up.
• Provide support for legacy project close-out and dispute resolution.
• Deliver mentorship to junior staff for performance improvement.

Skills

Knowledge of local and international construction laws and regulations
