• Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for city tours, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, medical services, transportation, flights, etc.
• Process and deliver messages for guests as required.
• Handle guest luggage upon arrival and departure safely.
• Stay informed about hotel services, VIP arrivals, and special events.
• Maintain orderliness and safety in lobby and front door areas.
