Responsibilities

As a Concierge at ME Dubai, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences that reflect the distinctive ME by Meliá lifestyle. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front hall, supervising runners, doormen, and valet staff to ensure a seamless and stylish arrival experience. With a deep knowledge of Dubai’s cultural and luxury offerings, you will curate bespoke itineraries, handle VIP arrangements, and coordinate special requests with precision and discretion. Your role requires strong communication skills, leadership, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to maintain accurate guest profiles and collaborate effectively across departments. Upholding the highest standards of service, safety, and presentation, you will be instrumental in creating lasting impressions and maintaining the elevated brand image of ME Dubai.
